Emphasising our commitment towards quality, we launched the Lodha Development Centre(LDC) at Lodha Upper Thane on April 25, 2023. It is a training institute to impart hands-on training with a view to infusing the 'Do It Right First Time' attitude, adopting the latest technology and driving efficiency as well as effectiveness.

Crafted keeping in mind our ethos, 'Build the Best, Be the Best', the centre will provide new aged practical knowledge for building the best quality and driving excellence across the value chain.

LDC is set to kick start with a three-month programme that will focus on technical excellence (Civil & MEP). The module comprises visits across factories and sites; interdepartmental and classroom sessions; and on-site demonstrations where the associates will be adept at solving various challenges and real onsite issues.

The modules are designed to enable associates to fill in knowledge gaps and understand how to control quality while preserving execution speed and safety. These training modules are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure our team is equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques to maintain the highest quality standards.

The long-term goal of the training centre is to grow into a full-fledged learning school that provides intermediate to advanced courses, upskilling and certificates for all functions across the organisation.
