Lodha Developers International Ltd completes redemption of $170 mn Notes

Macrotech Developers Ltd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Lodha Developers International Limited, Mauritius had given an notice to Singapore Stock Exchange regarding confirmation of redemption of Notes for principal amount of US$ 170,000,000 (United States Dollars One Hundred Seventy Million) at a Redemption Price of 100.25% of the principal amount of the Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon upto (but not including) March 12, 2022 on March 12, 2022 ("Redemption Date").

The Company has redeemed Notes of principal amount US$ 170,000,000 ("Redeemed Notes"). The Redeemed Notes shall be cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The balanced Notes of US$ 55,000,000 continue to be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Shares of Macrotech Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1065.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1098.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15414 in over 1667 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1091.85 and intraday low of 1031.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16246080.00.
